Any problem I have thrown her way she has been able to help me with. She has helped us implement and updated our employee handbook. Helped us to make sure we are compliant with changes to payroll. Helped with questions concerning employees. And any other need I have come to her with she has always been awesome. My favorite thing to tell Deborah is to “make me/it sound less hillbilly.” Typing up some sort of compliance paper or something for our employees to read is not my specialty, but Deborah has helped me immensely on this. We have worked with HR Service for a couple of years now and I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. They make themselves available to come on-site and perform training for our employees and upper management, we receive monthly calls checking in to see how things are going and if something comes up before that call, I know I can call or e-mail our HR Business Coach and will get a response within hours. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable on current policies and laws that keep our company and our employees safe and compliant. HR Service offers a variety of options, as far as creating a plan for how much assistance the business needs so that you aren’t paying for something you don’t need, but if you are in the middle of a big project and require more help at that time, it is available as well. For a young, startup company that needed help but didn’t require bringing on an executive level Human Resources specialist, this was the far and away the best option. I would recommend HR Services to anyone and everyone.

In July, 2006 our company enlisted the assistance of HR Service, Inc. to investigate a very difficult discrimination claim. HR Service responded quickly, established an investigation plan and executed a thorough investigation. The results of the investigation were reported both verbally and in a detailed written report. While the findings confirmed that the facts of the case did not support the discrimination claim, we also received recommendations as to areas where we could improve our processes and practices.
