As a certified solutions provider for United Benefit Advisors (UBA) and active member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, HR Service has become the broker’s choice for easy to use web-based benefit compliance and HR solutions.
Ken has over 30 year’s professional compliance and human resource management experience working in manufacturing, software development, banking and consulting. He taught compliance, leadership and HR courses for 8 years at Westminster College, and taught employment law for the University of Phoenix. Ken earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Utah, and holds Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Finance. He was certified in change management techniques, and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HRCI.

Debbie has over 10 years professional compliance and human resources management and consulting experience in the public and private sectors. She earned her Master’s degree in Business Management and a certificate in Human Resource Management from Westminster College, is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), SHRM Senior Certified Profession (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resources Management and ACA Certified through the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).
Anita JohnsonCompliance Coach & Client Support Manager
Anita specializes in ERISA requirements, overseeing the client support team and web-based document solutions such as SPD Wraps, 125 POPs, Employee Notifications and Summary of Material Modifications. Anita is deeply committed to ensuring a successful outcome for every client she works with and every broker she supports. Her purpose is to enable others to achieve their compliance goals by being the teaching and support conduit for ERISA compliance through the services offered at HR Service.
Prior to coming to HR Service, Inc., Anita served as a key strategic liaison and project manager, partnering with clients and engaged leaders, to ensure success of company strategic plans. Anita has over 30 years professional customer service and management experience working in telecommunications, software development, banking and Government regulated utilities.

Austin’s primary focus is to help brokers and their clients understand HR Service, Inc., web-based tools and solutions. He does this by providing demonstrations, training and coaching across the country. Austin oversees the sales department, ensuring high quality service and solutions for clients and partners alike.
Austin joined HR Service, Inc. with 10 years’ experience and training in customer service, sales, marketing and management. He is passionate about helping others, giving more than he receives and strives for client and partner satisfaction in all interactions.
Kathy St ClairChief Operations & Accounting Manager
Kathy oversees systems, accounting and marketing for HR Service ensuring state-of-the-art equipment, systems operations and accurate accounting.
Kathy served as Chief Administrator, Accountant and Operations Specialist, prior to joining HR Service, Inc. and is passionate about doing things right for the customer. She has over 20 years working in all aspects of running an organization and provides strategic direction for HR Service, Inc.
