n July, 2006 our company enlisted the assistance of HR Service, Inc. to investigate a very difficult discrimination claim. HR Service responded quickly, established an investigation plan and executed a thorough investigation. The results of the investigation were reported both verbally and in a detailed written report. While the findings confirmed that the facts of the case did not support the discrimination claim, we also received recommendations as to areas where we could improve our processes and practices. The work and reports were very professional and all questions were answered promptly and with facts to support the answers. We would definitely use HR Service, Inc again, should the need arise.
